IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON UPCOMING SYSTEM UPGRADES
We will be launching upgrades in our dental benefits administration system, beginning at 3 p.m. Central on Wednesday, July 27, through 5 p.m. Central on Saturday, July 30. During this time, “read only” access will be available in our Employer and Member Portals. Information already in our system will be accurate as of 3 p.m. Central on July 27. From 5 p.m. Central on Saturday, July 30, until 7 a.m. Central on Tuesday, August 2, our website will be unavailable during the final deployment period. Our Customer Service team may be periodically unavailable on Monday, August 1. Our Group Accounts representatives will be unavailable on Monday, August 1.
